I was first introduced to SoulCollage® in 2021 by my artist friends and colleagues who were shocked that I didn’t already have a SoulCollage® practice and I can understand why…. You see, SoulCollage® encompasses everything I do and love within my own creative practice (using intuition and creative expression to explore my inner world) all within a brilliantly organized system! So I've been diving deep into the world of SoulCollage® these days.
How about you? Can you feel it...? There is definitely a growing need for practices that foster self-discovery and personal growth these days. And SoulCollage® is just that. SoulCollage® is a unique method developed by Seena Frost that combines the power of images, intuition, and imagination to create a deck of personal cards that serves as a visual representation of one's inner world. Think of all the little fragmented parts and pieces of yourself and each little parts gets to have a voice and identity that is represented in a card. All of those pieces/cards then make up your deck for you to personally consult.
How it Starts...

These can be sourced from magazines, photographs, old books, or other visual materials. The next step involves the creative act of assembling these images into a collage on a card or mat board. The result is a personalized deck of cards, each representing a facet of your personality, experiences, or inner landscape.
