Welcome to La Luna: Integrated Shadow, an online mini retreat melding creative wellness practices and intuitive artmaking in sync with the cycles of the Moon.
Aligning with the energies of La Luna, let’s journey together through explorations of our inner selves. Through the use of movement, breath-work and creative expression with a simple monochrome palette, we will discover connections to our inner being and the essence of our core in relation to La Luna (Feminine) wisdom.
Synching with La Luna offers us an occasion to honor our innate rhythms and cycles as well as remind us of our power from within. Our emotional bodies and self expression are pathways to freedom. Through connection with nature and creativity, we allow ourselves healthy opportunities to express our emotions which in turn, support us in finding more balance and alignment with our authentic selves.
Harnessing La Luna energy serves as inspiration for our gatherings and our ventures into our own relationships with Light and Shadow with the masculine & feminine. Through explorations of duality and polarities, we will practice tuning into the messages and the medicine we receive through the process of creating expressive, intuitive art.
